Unpredictable on purpose.
Reminders are scattered across your active hours so they do not become another alarm-clock routine. Each is a brief question: notice it, then carry on.
Mindfulness reminders · iPhone
Gentle reminders arrive when you do not expect them. One check-in each evening helps you notice the shape of your day.

A small practice
Unwander has two parts, and asks very little from either.
The reminder is a momentary interruption with no score and no trail. The evening check-in is where you keep one rating and, only if you want to, a few words.
Reminders are scattered across your active hours so they do not become another alarm-clock routine. Each is a brief question: notice it, then carry on.
Rate how mindful you were from one to five. Add a small journal note if you like. Today stays editable until midnight; past days remain exactly as you left them.
Quiet by design
A missed day is blank, not marked. A low rating is a description, not a failure.
There are no courses, charts, targets, or counts of what you ignored. The app keeps your current check-in streak and the days you chose to record—nothing more.
The daytime reminder never pulls you into the app. Notice the moment, then carry on.
No backfilling and no rewriting old days. Gaps stay quiet and honest.
Unwander makes no medical or therapeutic claims. It is a small mindfulness practice, not medical advice.
Private by design
No account, no login, no advertising, and no tracking. Your ratings, journal notes, name, and settings stay on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud, where S7A Lab cannot read them.

Unwander requires an active subscription after any introductory offer shown by the App Store.
The exact plans, localized prices, billing periods, and trial terms appear in the app before purchase. If a subscription ends, saved check-ins stay readable; new check-ins and reminders pause.

On purpose, and it is the main thing the app does. A reminder that arrives at the same time every day gets learned and then ignored within about a week. Unpredictable ones keep working. This is why there is no way to set a fixed schedule.
Yes, as long as you are signed into the same iCloud account. Your days sync through your own private iCloud storage, so a new phone or a reinstall picks them up. Signing out of iCloud leaves the app working, but only on that device.
Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Your past check-ins stay readable in the app after a subscription ends.
